Sandra Pierce

I am the scheduling and financial coordinator and have worked in the orthodontic field for over 15 years. My responsibilities include: preparing and presenting financial arrangements, verifying and filing insurance claims, scheduling patient appointments, and corresponding with referring dentists regarding our mutual patients.

I enjoy getting to know our patients and helping them feel at home. All of our patients are so much fun and I enjoy seeing the difference in their smiles from beginning to end. I am truly blessed to work alongside Dr. Fowler providing the very best in quality care for our patients. Dr. Fowler treats each patient as an extension of his own family.

I am a native of Columbia, Tennessee and live there with my husband, Glenn. We have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. In my free time, I enjoy reading, walking, going to church, spending time with my family, and playing with my Bassett Hound, Beau.

Mindy Yant

I am an orthodontic assistant and have worked in the field of orthodontics for over 10 years. I enjoy helping my patients achieve beautiful smiles. I have the benefit of working with Dr. Fowler in a fun atmosphere where we truly connect with our patients.

I am a native of Columbia, Tennessee and currently live in Spring Hill with my husband, Steve, and our son, Mason. Outside of work, I enjoy shopping and spending time with my family.

Tracy Ihnen

I am an orthodontic assistant and have 4 years of experience in the field. I enjoy working with Dr. Fowler helping to create beautiful smiles. I love the fun, relaxed atmosphere and the relationships we build with our patients.

I am originally from South Dakota and currently live in Bellevue with my dog, Memphis. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, shopping, and exploring Nashville.

Debby Boyd

I am an orthodontic assistant and completed my dental assisting training at the Tennessee Technology Center in Dickson. I worked as a dental assistant in general dentistry before pursuing a career in orthodontics. I am grateful to be working with Dr. Fowler helping our patients achieve beautiful smiles and watching their confidence grow. I enjoy working with Dr. Fowler because he is upbeat, positive, and fun.

I grew up in Ashby, Minnesota and currently live in Dickson with my daughter, Josey. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching movies, and traveling.

Heather Young

I am a scheduling coordinator and handle the appointment needs of our patients. I have known Dr. Fowler and his family for several years and I’m glad to be a part of his team. Our office has a fun and family oriented atmosphere and I really enjoy meeting and getting to know our patients.

I am a native of Charlotte, NC, and now reside in Spring Hill, TN with my husband, Matt, and our two children, Hayden and Amelia. We love living in Williamson County. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, scrapbooking, shopping, decorating, and going to the beach in the summer.

Mary Fowler

I am the practice manager and marketing director. Dr. Fowler and I are very fortunate to live and work in Franklin and have met many of our wonderful patients through school, church and sports. We love being a part of the Franklin community and work hard to provide the absolute best in orthodontic care to our patients.

I grew up in Huntington, WV, and attended college at Vanderbilt University and graduate school at the University of Virginia. Before moving to Franklin, I was a professor in reading education at the University of Virginia for nine years. In my free time, I enjoy keeping up with the latest in children’s literature, traveling, and spending time with my husband and our two girls, Claiborne and Macon. Currently, I serve on the board of the Franklin Suzuki Academy and as a chapel leader for the First Presbyterian Preschool in Franklin.
